The works related to the construction of 2 coagulation tanks for the production of cottage cheese have just finished. The tanks were ordered by a company from the dairy sector, a producer of cottage cheese, both for the Polish and foreign markets. The 12m3 coagulation tank is used to produce curd in the process of milk fermentation. It is a non-pressure, three-walled, insulated, horizontal tank with a tight protective casing. The kettle is additionally equipped with a slow-speed horizontal stirrer, with left and right rotation and shuttle operation.
The tank is made entirely of stainless steel. . In addition, the customer also ordered to modernize the CIP station, consisting in the adaptation of a single-track CIP station to operation of a double-track station. The works included connecting the pipeline to the CIP station, assembly of an impeller pump and a valve island to shut-off valves. The entire modernization process also included the implementation of the control system with software, as well as constant engineering supervision and staff training.
