SANITARY INSTALLATIONS – State Fire Service – RYKI

The industrial installations department completed another major project. As part of the investment entitled “Construction of a fire station for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Ryki” at Lubelska Street, we made internal and external sanitary installations in a newly built building with a usable floor area of 2193m2. The building consisted of both utility rooms for the needs of the headquarters, but also rooms with control stations and a rescue and firefighting unit, with a garage hall, a car wash, as well as technical, storage and social facilities. The construction also included sports facilities for practicing firefighters.

As part of this project, we made the following installations:

• Rainwater and sanitary sewage network,
• Technological sewage system,
• Under-floor and under-ceiling sanitary sewage system,
• Water supply system,
• Hydrant system,
• Central heating installation,
• Technological heat installation,
• Gas installation,
• Solar installation,
• Boiler room technology,
• Installation of VRF air conditioning, server room, electrical switchboard room,
• Installation of precision air conditioning of the archive,
• Condensate drainage installation,
• Compressed air installation,
• Mechanical ventilation installation – supply and exhaust ventilation units supported by exhaust fans,
• Condensing unit for the AHU,
• Exhaust extraction system,
• Ventilation automation,

We needed several months of work, specialized staff and appropriate equipment to achieve the effect shown in the pictures below, but it was worth it. Customer satisfaction was an additional reward.
