We are proud to announce that the European Union Intellectual Property Office has registered our industrial design: PATENT for the TUNNEL PASTEURIZER we manufacture. The constructors of the pasteurizer are our engineers who have demonstrated their incredible knowledge and skills more than once. Works on the pasteurizer were carried out together with numerous specialists from the brewing industry, thanks to which we received a product optimally suited to the needs of the brewing market, but not only. The tunnel pasteurizer of our production is a device widely used in the processing for pasteurization and cooling of not only beer, but also beverages and fruit and vegetable preserves in closed packages, e.g. jars, cans, bottles.
The gallery was not found! The tunnel pasteurizer is made of stainless steel in the form of a tunnel divided into 8 temperature zones with the packaging entry on one side and the pasteurized packaging exit on the other side.
The gallery was not found! The pasteurizer has pump systems with full-cone spray nozzles, which ensure even spraying of the product with water at a given temperature. The nozzles are made of plastic and are resistant to clogging.
The spray water is heated by a steam-powered heating system consisting of:
The pumps take water from the chamber intake point. Thanks to the use of filter cartridges, the spray water is free from solid contamination (glass cullet).
The conveyor belt surface is rib-shaped and ideal for transporting product with finger transfer plates. The centrally reinforced ribs enable the glass bottles to be carried across the belt without knocking them over or damaging the belt itself.
The pasteurizer consists of 8 pasteurization zones/sections. The first three sections are used for preheating, the next two for pasteurization, and the last three are designed to cool the product.
The gallery was not found! Each section is equipped with manometers. This allows the pressure and temperature of pasteurization to be controlled and the parameters set by the programme to be compared to the actual ones. Each zone also has a min/max sensor. Thanks to this, the device automatically maintains the appropriate water level in each zone.
The pasteurization process itself is as follows:
The bottles are transported by a belt conveyor, where they go to the pasteurizer tunnel. In section 1-3 they are pre-heated. The speed of the conveyor belt is adjustable. In section 4, the temperature rises to the pasteurization temperature. In section 5, the pasteurization temperature is maintained. Cooling takes place in sections 6-8.
The entire process is automatically controlled.
Both the dimensions of the device as well as the efficiency and time of pasteurization can be adjusted to the individual needs of our customers.
