Hydro-Instal is a producer of process tanks, storage tanks and mixers for many industries. One of the industries for which we make an increasing number of tanks is the dairy industry. Our last project for this sector was the production of a 0.6 m3 three-walled vertical mixer. The device is intended for mixing cheese ingredients heated to a liquid consistency. The medium is delivered via a charging installation. After a suitable mixing time, the medium is transported by a pump to the next device. The tank is entirely made of acid-proof steel. Elements having contact with the product are made of AISI 316 steel, while the remaining elements are made of AISI 304 steel.

The mixer was manufactured at the request of a company dealing with the production of soft cheese and cottage cheese intended for Polish and foreign consumers. It was another project for this customer.
