There is no need to convince anyone how important it is to effectively install ventilation in production halls, which removes polluted air and at the same time provides an inflow of clean air for the needs of employees. Our industrial installations department has just put such an installation into operation. It was ventilation in the production hall of one of the largest plants producing plastic packaging.
The ventilation is based on a new air handling unit with a heater and a glycol cooler.
Hydro-Instal delivered and installed an air handling unit with a capacity of 50,000 m3/h with automation. As part of the work, new roof fans, galvanized steel ducts, and textile (fabric) ducts, which are becoming more and more popular, were assembled. Their advantage is high hygiene and the possibility of easy installation in ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems, thanks to which they are used in food production plants and in other places that require special hygiene. Additionally, such ducts are cheaper and lighter than traditional ducts made of galvanized steel.
The scope of our work also includes controlling the air handling unit and fans under overpressure in the production hall.
