We are proud to present you our latest product, which has already become a permanent addition to the offer of the tanks department. It is a tunnel pasteurizer with a capacity of one thousand to 15 thousand bottles per hour.
PURPOSE OF THE TUNNEL PASTEURIZER
Tunnel pasteurizer is a device widely used in the processing industry for pasteurization and cooling of beer, beverages and fruit and vegetable preserves in closed containers, e.g. jars, cans, bottles.
DEVICE CHARACTERISTICS
The tunnel pasteurizer of our production is characterized by:
Eight heating zones with heat recovery
Capacity from one thousand to 15 thousand bottles per hour
Smooth temperature control of each chamber
Smooth regulation of the input, main and output belt in the range from 1 to 60 Hz
Fully automatic control of the pasteurization process
Possibility to save 10 pasteurization programmes for different types of packaging or products (bottle, can, PET)
Use of components from manufacturers of leading brands on the market (Burkert, IFM, Lowara, Motovario, GESTRA)
CONSTRUCTION
The tunnel pasteurizer is constructed of stainless steel in the form of a tunnel divided into 8 temperature zones with the entrance of packages on one side and the exit of pasteurized packages on the other side.
Full-cone spray nozzles ensure even spraying of the product with water at a given temperature. The nozzles are made of plastic and are resistant to clogging.
The spray water is heated by a heating system consisting of:
Plate exchanger
Control valve
Float steam trap
The system is protected against steam pressure surges and vacuum.
The pumps take water from the chamber intake point. Thanks to the use of filter cartridges, the spray water is free from solid contamination (glass cullet). Each zone has a min/max sensor. The device automatically maintains the appropriate water level in each zone.
The conveyor belt surface is rib-shaped and ideal for transporting product with finger transfer plates. The centrally reinforced ribs enable the glass bottles to be carried across the belt without knocking them over or damaging the belt itself.
We have equipped each spray section with thermometer dial manometers. This allows the pressure and temperature of pasteurization to be controlled and the parameters set by the programme to be compared to the actual ones.
Both the dimensions of the device as well as the efficiency and time of pasteurization can be adjusted to the individual needs of our customers.
