Silo tank for filling bags with starch

As a manufacturer of storage tanks, process tanks and stainless steel mixers, we work for various industries. This time, at the request of the largest starch potato processing plant in Poland, we have produced a silo tank for filling bags with potato starch, which is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, paper, textile and chemical industries. The silo tank has been designed in such a way that it is a response to all customer needs in the field of filling bags. The medium is delivered via a loading line through the flange opening on the top cover. The filling of 25 kg bags is carried out with the use of unloading connectors on both cones of the tank. The whole structure is made of AISI 304L stainless steel and is placed on a frame construction. Ultimately, the tank is assembled above the packing machine, thanks to which it forms a complete line for packing bags with starch.
