The stainless steel tanks department has completed another large project. It was the execution of a technological installation with the tanks intended for the pickup-dispatch and storage of vegetable and animal feed fats. The fats will be stored in 4 stainless steel storage tanks with a capacity of 250 m3 each, placed on a ring. In addition to fats storage in tanks, a fat mix will be prepared there. Mixing will be performed by pumping individual types of fats into one designated tank, heating these fats and mixing with a pneumatic stirrer, the so-called bubbler. The entire system is controlled from a controller that exchanges information with the line of oil storage tanks. The project included:
Production of 4 pcs of storage tanks with a capacity of 250 m3
Construction of the oil pickup-dispatch point
Construction of a heating system for storage tanks
Construction of compressed air system – pneumatic mixing
Control system
Bypass installation for 4 tanks
