As a manufacturer of bottoms, we are able to make bottoms with the following parameters:
wall thickness from 2.0 mm to 10 mm
diameter from 600 mm to 6500 mm
spherical radius from r – 30 mm
At the customer’s request, it is possible to make technological openings in the bottoms for fittings, lids, legs and other equipment. We are also able to abrade the internal and external surfaces of the bottom to a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.02.
Having modern HEAD FLANGING MACHINE enables professional processing, which uses the material’s susceptibility to plastic deformation without breaking their continuity. The spinning of the bottoms is shaped by the rotational movement of a sheet disc, the edges of which are pressed by the rollers and gradually deflected from the initial position until the creation of symmetrically and smoothly turned edges. We use the machine mainly for spinning the bottoms of non-pressure and pressure tanks working up to 1MPa.
We manufacture all bottoms in accordance with applicable norms and standards.
