MIXER FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

MECHANICAL THIN FILM EVAPORATOR
At the request of one of our customers – a producer and distributor of raw materials and additives for the food and pharmaceutical industries, we made a mixer for the food colours production. The capacity of the mixer is 0.5 m3.
The mentioned mixer is a non-pressure three-walled tank consisting of an inner pillow-plate jacket, a heating jacket, and a protective jacket.
The elements that come into contact with the medium are made of AISI 316 steel, and the rest are made of AISI 304 steel. The mixer medium are products based on cooking oils (sunflower oil).
The mixer is equipped with a propeller stirrer, cleaning heads, a set of heaters, temperature sensors and the necessary technological connectors.
The mixing process is automated and takes place through the control cabinet, which the customer plans to hang on the wall, right next to the tank.
