STORAGE AND PROCESS GLUE TANKS

As part of our long-term cooperation with one of the global producers of self-adhesive labels, we made and assembled additional storage and process glue tanks. The project included the construction of 14 tanks with a total capacity of over 300 m3. These were such tanks and mixers as:

• 5 pcs of glue storage tanks with a capacity of 58 m3. The tanks were designed to maintain a constant consistency of the stored products at a temperature of 20-25ºC. They were single-walled tanks, equipped with paddle stirrer made of 6 pieces of blades with a diameter of 2000mm. Additionally, we have installed ladders with protective cages against falling. Due to the limited space in the place of assembly, the tanks had to be partially assembled at the customer’s premises.
• 2 pcs of mixers with a capacity of 1.1 m3 which are single-walled, non-pressure tanks with a paddle stirrer.
• 6 pcs of mixers with a capacity of 1.5 m3 which are single-walled, non-pressure tanks with a paddle stirrer.
• 1 pc of a storage tank with a capacity of 2.4 m3 which is a single-walled, non-pressure tank designed for storing group 2 products.

All tanks are made of stainless steel. Tanks are equipped with the necessary technological and measuring connectors.
