OFFICE AND SERVICE BUILDING

The next works by Hydro – Instal focused on a 4-storey office and service building with an area of 4500 m2. The scope of works included the installation of mechanical exhaust and supply ventilation with heating and cooling with a capacity of 25,000 m3/h, installation of local air conditioning and water and sewage systems with siphonic storm water drainage system. Network heat is supplied to the building through pre-insulated pipes. A combined water supply and sewage system was constructed. Water drainage used a system of infiltration boxes. 320 four-pipe heating and cooling fan coil units were installed on the building. There are photos from the implementation below:
