GLUE STORAGE TANKS WITH PIPELINE
We have designed and produced 2 mixers for the extraction of humic acids from lignite for the needs of a new project for a company from the fertilizer industry. The capacity of each mixer is 3m3. The mixers are made of stainless steel. Elements having contact with the medium are made of AISI 316 steel. The remaining elements are made of AISI 304 steel.
The mixers are equipped with slow-rotating stirrers used for even stirring of the suspension and for effective heat exchange with the heating medium. For this purpose, pillow-plate heating jackets have been designed in the tanks on the cylindrical part and on the lower bottom.
Everything has been etched and passivated.
The described tanks are only part of the project. Ultimately, we have 5 more mixers with a capacity of 2 to 28 m3 to be made.
